In the middle of “Het Groene Hart” (The Green Heart) lies the picturesque village of Nieuwveen. There you will find the coziest bistro. Peter is the energetic host in the warm and atmospheric restaurant with classic bistro dishes.
Whether you want a quick bite or a more extensive meal, you can do ‘just that’ at Peter’s. There is also a wide selection of vegetarian dishes and, of course, a children’s menu, something for everyone.
Eten bij Peter uses as many local products as possible, and many dishes come from the open charcoal grill. You can taste the difference immediately. The bistro is open from Monday to Sunday from 5:00 PM.
